- Starting with the 2-week beginner's course, we follow Asokananda’s advice to repeat this fundamental class.
- A 5 day meditation retreat at Wat Umong is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the spiritual and healing traditions of Thai massage.
- The retreat is followed by a week to review and deepen the acquired knowledge in the bridging course, given by a teacher who will be aware of your recent meditation experience.
- Next comes 2 weeks of advanced training:
- Week 1 addresses the full body massage in the side position.
- Week 2 introduces advanced techniques and stretches.
- You will also learn how to make and apply herbal balls.
- The Residency finishes with 2 weeks of Fieldwork, giving massages under the supervision of the teacher in the mornings, and receiving feedback and additional teachings in the afternoons.

- In week 2 you will giving massages at a home for the elderly.
