❝I have just completed the 5 week course and I am so grateful for this experience. The school is an oasis of peace and warmth. Light and windswept rooms (plus fans) make learning enjoyable. The material is very clear and vivid. But the best thing are the teachers and I can highly recommend repeating the beginner courses to get to know all of them cause they have so different qualities. Everyone is highly professional and gives 100%. There is a lot of information in the 1st week, which is slowly consolidated through continuous practice. The group size (16 personas in our case) is still bearable due to the size of the room. Personally, I found the Fieldwork course to be a great challenge. If you don't have any previous Formation of massage(as in my case) you still feel very insecure about working with real patients and would have liked to get more detailed feedback from patients or teachers. That i was missing.

But it was still a good experience. This school makes me want to learn more and i'm sure to continue. Thanks again to Pop, Tiwa, Lay and Yan for their fantastic work!!!❞

Our 5-week Foundation Builder is designed for those who want to dive deep into Traditional Thai Massage. This intensive program combines fundamental learning with real-world application, making it perfect for enthusiastic beginners and practitioners with some experience.

You'll emerge with a solid foundation and practical experience that will serve you well both for future study or when using your skills with friends and family.

Start with the 2-week beginner's course,
Then follow Asokananda’s advice to repeat this fundamental class.
Learn how to make and apply herbal balls.
And finally, put your knowledge and techniques into practice at a home for the elderly, giving supervised massages in the mornings, and receiving feedback and additional teaching in the afternoons.

The 8-week Professional Pathway Program is an intensive journey designed for those serious about mastering Traditional Thai Massage. This comprehensive program is structured to transform passionate learners into skilled practitioners through a carefully balanced curriculum that challenges both mind and body. It's an immersive experience that includes a strategic rest period half way to optimize learning and integration.

Foundation | Professional | Residency

This program is particularly suited for those with clear professional aspirations in Thai massage, offering a depth of knowledge and breadth of techniques that prepare you for professional practice. While demanding, this program rewards dedication with a profound understanding of Thai massage and the practical skills needed to become a professional.

Starting with the 2-week beginner's course, we follow Asokananda’s advice to repeat this fundamental class.

Followed by a week to review and deepen the acquired knowledge in the bridging course.
Then, 2 weeks of advanced training:

Week 1 addresses the full body massage in the side position
Week 2 introduces advanced techniques and stretches.

You will also learn how to make and apply herbal balls.
And have the chance to put your knowledge and techniques into practice at a home for the elderly, giving supervised massages in the mornings, and receiving feedback and additional teaching in the afternoons.

This is a very intensive training and students can learn quite a lot in a relatively short time. In previous years we noticed that while many students completed the training without problems, some found it a little too hard and became stressed. Based on this experience, we have added a week off after the first four weeks of training.

In 2025 it runs from 30 June to 12 September.

This one-of-a-kind residency combines intensive technical training with meditation and fieldwork, creating a holistic experience that nurtures participants on many levels.

It's designed for mindful individuals who seek to embrace Thai massage as both an art form and a spiritual practice.

Starting with the 2-week beginner's course, we follow Asokananda’s advice to repeat this fundamental class.
A 5 day meditation retreat at Wat Umong is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the spiritual and healing traditions of Thai massage.
The retreat is followed by a week to review and deepen the acquired knowledge in the bridging course, given by a teacher who will be aware of your recent meditation experience.
Next comes 2 weeks of advanced training:

Week 1 addresses the full body massage in the side position.
Week 2 introduces advanced techniques and stretches.

You will also learn how to make and apply herbal balls.
The Residency finishes with 2 weeks of Fieldwork, giving massages under the supervision of the teacher in the mornings, and receiving feedback and additional teachings in the afternoons.

In week 1 you will combine massage and stretches.
In week 2 you will giving massages at a home for the elderly.
