Our 5-week Foundation Builder is designed for those who want to dive deep into Traditional Thai Massage. This intensive program combines fundamental learning with real-world application, making it perfect for enthusiastic beginners and practitioners with some experience.

Whether you're exploring Thai massage for personal growth or considering it as a future career path, the program offers a rich, hands-on experience that builds confidence and competence. You'll emerge with a solid foundation and practical experience that will serve you well both for future study or when using your skills with friends and family.

• Start with the 2-week beginner's course,
• Then follow Asokananda’s advice to repeat this fundamental class.
• Learn how to make and apply herbal balls. 
• And finally, put your knowledge and techniques into practice at a home for the elderly, giving supervised massages in the mornings, and receiving feedback and additional teaching in the afternoons.
